The ARA Program needs your financial support in order to grow and to successfully carry out its many projects in France and elsewhere in the world.

ARA’s projects include collecting, diffusing, and preserving cultural and scientific heritage that illustrates the historical and socio-cultural complexity of our world:

• Collection, audiovisual recordings, and documentation of research on our world (its history, social and economic dynamics, linguistic and cultural diversity), the diverse relationships between man and his environment in the present and in the future;
  
  
• Digitizing and processing (description, indexing, annotating, translating) collected audiovisual resources so they can be diffused on ARA’s portal site and be used for specific purposes: research, education, journalism and the media, professional activities, and others;
  
  
• Organizing public relations or events on the ARA Program: conferences, colloquiums, “open house” days, exhibitions, or awareness workshops;
  
  
• Improving the technological infrastructure of the ARA Program.
  

All these activities require substantial financial resources. To pursue them and ensure that ARA becomes a permanent and international reference point for the social and human sciences, ARA needs your financial support.
