Overview
ARA’s audiovisual collections have many intended uses. One of them is being an educational tool on the university level (or equivalent). Educational uses are varied and diverse. They may include supplementing a course, being used for specific assignments, and others. Of course, all depends on the type of learning being provided.
- personal or group viewing in order to prepare a course;
- personal viewing outside the classroom to enrich, compliment, and reinforce topics covered in class;
- viewing in or out of class for preparing an intellectual project (personal or group);
- viewing to prepare or edit new video sequences, or complete other publications;
- etc.
The ARA Program can also help educators define and implement educational work that revolves around online audiovisual collections. Feel free to contact
